Midori Mocktail


  • 1 tsp Möhler Korean Yuzu Paste
  • 15 ml kiwi syrup
  • Basil leaves
  • 1 lime
  • Sparkling water/soda water
  • Ice cubes


  1. Put Möhler Korean Yuzu Paste, kiwi syrup, basil leaves, lime juice, and ice cubes into a shaker. Shake well until fully mixed
  2. Prepare a serving glass and fill it with ice cubes (as desired)
  3. Pour the mixture into the serving glass, using a strainer to filter out any solids
  4. Add sparkling water as desired and kiwi fruit slices (optional)
  5. Midori mocktail is ready to be served
